Pinterest, and the act of “pinning,” can be as addicting among females as Fantasy Football is among males. So, what is Pinterest, you ask? It’s a virtual “pinboard” where you can pin various recipes, home decorating/improvement plans, wedding ideas, etc.
According to comScore, Pinterest grew by more than 4,000% from May 2011 to May 2012. So if you or your company aren’t on Pinterest yet, you could be missing out. You can leverage Pinterest from a personal standpoint, as well as from a business perspective. It’s another way to connect with existing and potential customers, and has been linked to buying power.
